motherBaby, Diarrhea and Fluids We suggest mothers that if baby has no fever, acts normal and shows interest in eating, it is a very good sign and the diarrhea can be well combated from home.
But as parent if you find that your baby has high fever or refuses to eat and drink, or you find blood in your babies’ feces, which is a bacterial condition, we recommend you to consult a doctor as soon as possible. Still it is advised for father and mother to keep a watch on your babies’ behavior and condition. A solid feces is a sure sign of recovery. Any blood in feces should alarm you, and you should consult doctor for this bacterial infection.
We request you to be patient as parenting requires more of it and keep giving fluids to your baby for quicker recovery. After all, all we want is a healthy and strong baby.
